Does/Should a "potential"/soon to be Priest have to be a virgin?

As you can tell, I'm not Catholic. Just wondering cuz I just got done watching "Gran Torino" with Eastwood and he said to the Priest in that movie that he was a 27 year-old virgin... I know they're not supposed to "have sex" which brought me to this question. Answer carefully, responsibly and thanks!!!
