Help with Boss DS 1 pedal and Non footswitch Amp?

yeah. the wiring will go AMP-FOOTSWITCH-Guitar. you will need an extra guitar cable. The only time you directly connect your switch to the amp and not the guitar is if the amp has built-in effects like the fender delux series.
