How can I cheer up and improve the quality of my life?

I have also delt with depression, and it is a very real and hard thing. Honestly seeing a therapist will really help. they get paid to listen to you complain and that really helps! I know it is hard to get stuff done but maybe write down a bucket list of things you want to do in life!(like college, marriage, and family) And when you do get int he mood to do something take a run, and start eating healthy because thay always helps me feel better about myself, putting me in a better mood all around!
