Where can I get a dog and not have it spayed/neutered?

I'm not an against spaying/neuter freak, but I just want to get a dog that can have puppies. I'll go through the process of checking before breeding and all of that and breed responsibly, but I need to know of somewhere that I can get a purebred that would be healthy and fit. Preferably a GSD (German Shepherd) but other dogs would be fine (no mutts please although I love all dogs). Oh, and I will absolutely make sure the puppies get good homes. Also, I WILL NOT let them breed with stray dogs or people's dogs who the people don't want puppies. I have a good amount of space for the new dogs and the gate would do the job of keeping them on my property. Oh, and places where I can get the dogs would be preferably in California. (And I am fully aware of the risks of cancer and problems with dog overpopulation.) Thank you guys :D
